Leanna Goudeau, Allen’s mother, said her daughter was a single mother who worked in security and had a daughter.

According to abc13, Goudeau said, “I feel it’s unfair that she’s leaving behind her daughter, who will be five next week, and will never see her mother again,”

Allen went to a vigil for Jamal Narcisse, a 29-year-old man who was murdered earlier this month. The vigil was arranged by Narcisse’s mother outside of her food truck, “Yvonne’s Famous Kitchen.”

A suspect drove by and shot into the throng while the crowd was releasing balloons into the air, according to deputies. Goudeau said she spoke with her daughter just a few hours ago.

Allen was scheduled to take up her special-needs daughter. Goudeau assists her in her care and is now concerned about how her grandchild will cope with her loss.

Goudeau said, “She has a lot on her plate already with my granddaughter being special needs,”

“She was a responsible single mother, doing the best she could.”

Goudeau said, “She said, ‘I’ll see you in the morning,'”

Disha Allen Had 4-Year-Old Daughter

Disha was the mother of a 4-year-old daughter, according to Allen’s sister, who is celebrating her birthday in a few weeks.

Disha was a “wonderful human and mother,” she said, and her family is “devastated.”

Cousin Myria said, “Disha was always smiling. She was always happy, loved her daughter. Nobody came before her daughter,”

“I hate this, man.”

Myria added, “This is messed up man, messed up. My cousin did not deserve that. She didn’t, she didn’t,”

Disha’s mother’s coworkers have put up a GoFundMe campaign to help with funeral costs.
