Fred Ward Cause Of Death
The actor’s rep confirmed to ThePost that he died last weekend. The statement said: “I am sad to announce the passing of acclaimed actor Fred Ward, who passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2022, at age 79,”
Ward’s representative, Ron Hofmann, informed ThePost that the cause of death will not be disclosed at this time. But he said: “It was Fred Ward’s wish that any memorial tributes be made in the form of donations to the Boston University Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy Center. Ward spent the latter years of his life developing his second favorite creative form, painting, according to his publicist.
