According to Staffordshire Police, John Owen has been charged in connection with her death.
On Endon Road, Norton Green, Mr. Owen, of the Staffordshire Moorlands, is charged with causing death by hazardous driving.
According to Staffordshire Police, he will appear at North Staffordshire Justice Centre on January 13th.
The father of a St Anne’s Primary School student who was injured in the incident was not contacted for several weeks after the tragedy on June 19.
Sharlotte’s relatives paid tribute to her after her passing, describing her as “loved by everyone that met her”.

They stated this in memory of their little girl, “Sharlotte just started her gymnastics classes which she loved and was shining so bright in.”
“She was loved by everyone that met her, so caring and loving. Every night since she was born she would never sleep without holding her mum’s hand.”
