After a jury trial that lasted almost a week, Green, also known as Michael Edwards, was found guilty of attempted murder and criminal possession of a firearm before Judge Roger McDonough.

The conviction came after Green was charged with firing shots from a handgun while inside a moving car toward an Old Loudon Road address in Colonie on or around April 13, 2020, according to the prosecution.

Children between the ages of 2 and 6 were among the individuals residing in the building at the time. He might have spent up to 25 years behind bars.
